Not a lot of time ago has been resumed one of my favourite series, Futurama, realized by Matt Groenning, the creator of the Simpson.

Formerly, when still the CRT (Cathodic Ray Tube) monitors were in use, emerge the myth of cactus that absorb the monitor radiations. This swindle probably was thought by some illuminated herbalist that saw the bulky filters antiradiaton that was putting in front of the screen. Surely though that he can win a lot of money selling cactus as substitute of this filters, because a cactus is a lot of more nice and friendly than an authentic filter antiradiation. A lot of people have only one partition in the hard disk where is the operating system, the virtual memory paging file and their personal files, because is as usually comes a computer newly purchased with Windows. Often I surprise discover the quantity of technical and people, that say be expert without having basics knowledges of the topic, that recommend have only one partition because, according to them, the hard disk works faster, when really is the opposite. The technological singularity it can be defined as a moment in the future where we will create an intelligence with the capacity to make another that surpass itself, at the same time, this new intelligence could do the same. This fact would trigger an exponential increment of intelligence and technology until the infinite, surpassing our intelligence and all our technology.
