At present, we find a lot of beachs that has Wifi. Go to the beach to surf by Internet can make us seem a bit geek, although this is not the motive to quit. Although I hate soccer (because of the fanaticism that generate and the astronomical amounts of money that move that we could invest at investigation), how the next Sunday it's the world championship final, I'm going to talk about soccer with robots.

In the last years has been developed several helmets that allow read the brain, and the software responsible of make a determinate action depending on the thoughts of the user. This is, obviously, a very practical utility for a lot of people disabled and for the vaguest. Would you like to know how works this kind of technology? Deep in "How works the user interfaces that read the mind?"

At the prior post we saw how the computers are every time more fast due to the increase of density of the transistors linked to its continuous size reduction. By one hand, the augment of transistor allow make more operations by second, and by the other hand, decrease its size allows enhance the clock frequency, but this second way of optimization was stalled at 2003. A lot of programs wrote in C, Unix operating systems and others based in this, use a date format that consist in count the seconds that have passed from the midnight of the January 1, 1960, without counting leap seconds. This format is called POSIX and when arrives the moment 19/01/2038 03:14:07, the counter will show incorrectly the date 1901/12/13 20:46:52, causing errors in a lot of programs. The private enterprises and the public administrations in Spain lead a lot of time having to pay a digital tax to the SGAE (an entity seemed to the RIAA in America or PRS in UK). From now they haven't to do it and they can demand the SGAE the money of this illegal tax. But the Spanish govern isn't the responsible that has avoided that the SGAE had collected the money, but a demand of a computer shop that have arrived to the Court of Justice of the European Union.
