Although Japan is the country more advanced in robotics, they are not sending a lot of robots to work in the nuclear plant of Fukushima. We don't know if this is because they spend more money in the robots than in the humans or because only have thought in build robots that do domestic task. However, at least they have sent one robot. Have asked yourself sometime if exists an universal reference clock?. In reality doesn't exists, because the time is relative, but a lot of computer applications, specially for the programs that make operations in the stock exchange or bank transactions, is needed have the clocks in the earth synchronized. Although your car doesn't have onboard computer, probably it has more than 40 embedded processors. These are less powerful than the PC processors, but enough to perform the work that must accomplish to safeguard our security, improve the efficiency of the vehicle and reduce the pollution that generates. During any software development is normal that the client want that the application does more things. If the computer specialist don't have all the things well defined from the beginning can make more difficult the development, but that isn't a problem, the problem is that normally the client don't want to pay more than that was established in the initial budget.
